What surgery did you have done? I am starting the process for the vertical sleeve, this is board for the sleeve isn't  it?  How are you doing? Msjiji66

Hi everyone.  Linda from McDonough here.  I am usually on the VSG forum.  I will promise to spend more time here.  I am also obsessed.  My surgery is scheduled for 12/3.  I am always on this site looking around.  My doc says "no / low carbs" two weeks before surgery.  I started today.  I love my carbs................

I used to come check this forum almost daily and there was so little going on i kinda forgot for awhile. I go to the VSG forum almost daily. I will try to check in more often here.
