TGIF " Are you ready for some FUN & SUN"

Well it's Friday and we all looking forward to the weekend...yes the freedom to relax, exercise, and love the great cool weather.  As I exited my hot shower and got dry. I noticed the scale. The fun we have with i it, yes I step up on it.....yes i got lighter overnight.  You guys are such inspiration with your positive posts .  The feeling of joy, excitement even knowing tonight is Mexican makes you smile.  Fully charged battery ready for the hunt.  Eggs and Sausage breakfast;  wee what a day....Favorite time of the year when us Rhino's get to show what we now look like or have become.  Folks say they confuse you with slimmer more skinny folks..and we smile thinking just wait too you see the end result.   Work it folks and hold your shoulders back and be proud to have the control and Smile few know.  We are the few and the proud, it's just grand.. What you gonna do today after your coffee and smile ...keep charging Rhino's for we are the at the next level of joy.
