It's wednesday and get the hell up and move your Butt

Wednesday's are known for being the middle "hump day" for most of us. It's also no time to sit or be lazy. We need all of your secrets to exercising and getting the pounds off. I not talking about the four hour gym routine, but the at home get your butt kicked workout. Sweat is food for the soul, and a smile for your hard work. So let's hear them and how you increased your bodies metabolism. Me I leaving soon for another 45 min treadmill cardio workout after a day of work. It must be ok cause I getting into jeans once bound for the GW and smaller me's. It so cool to workout and see your results, I know, you have some so share. I can see why some think it could lead to motivation.
