Proteinex YUK!

I bought Proteinex 16oz...so I could get in my protein, but yuk!    Any pointers and drinking this stuff. I hate to waste, but the taste is terrible. Oh yes, The outpateint  yesterday  for the strickture went well. I'm on liquids til monday. So far getting my fluids all down. 5 more pounds gone..yeah!!  later. roxanna

OMG you poor thing..... I made the same mistake and got some of this stuff....I ended up throwing up  in the kitchen sink after the first swallow !!!!  Sorry I dont have any advice on how to stomache it ....I ended up just throwing mine out.

Well, I found this yukky stuff on the online store w/ this site. Tried it once....no more again. just to bad. I just need something that I can take, which doesn't tasste too bad and I can get more protein. oh well, back to the research. roxanna
