Hey All You Fine Folks!!!

Hubby and  I are visiting the GREAT STATE OF GEORGIA next month!  After months of chemo, radiation and many operations.....I'm approved to go!!!  YAY We are actually flying into Atlanta and driving to Savannah-I was wondering if there are any towns, attractions or locations in between or close by that you would recommend us stopping at.  We are both civil war and history buffs, enjoy the off beat things and in need of relaxation as you may have guessed! Any thoughts would be appreciated!! Thanks from a northern friend~Ronda sorry about the repeat-the first one didn't show up right away!!!  lol
