Has anyone had legs & arms done at same time ?

I'm having the excess skin removed from my legs & arms on 6/22 by Dr.Ewart in Augusta, Ga. If anyone's had this, PLEASE will you share your experience with me(while I still have time to back out, LOL). I'm told I'll come home the same day. I had my gastric bypass 6/1/04, have lost almost 200 lbs. Had TT/hernia repair 11/05 by original surgeon, Dr. Gooden. I'm getting scared & would love to hear from anyone who's had these procedures done. Thanks, Debbie

You might want to post this on the Plastic Surgery Forum...this is a forum strictly dedicated to people that are in that stage of their transformation...  I have had two rounds of Plastic Surgery...BL/BA in November 2006, and a LBL on 05/10/07.  The people on this site have been most helpful in knowing that what I have or am experienced is normal, or if I should call my plastic surgeon.  Looking forward to seeing your posts there... I have had all my excess skin removed from my body and I had my legs and arms down at the same time as well.....I was also told I would go home the same day.....it did not happen.  I don't want to scare you however, the legs was the most painful for me. When you stand up gravity pulls on the incisions and it is very painful.  I stayed in the hospital for 3 days.  If you are in to much pain your surgeon will not send you home.  (that is a good thing)  Also I was told not to bend my arms....so getting in and out of bed was very hard. 

I had to tell myself everyday........each day will be a little better and the end results will be worth all that I was enduring......and Debbie it was.  I am very happy with the results and would do it over in a heart beat.......
