Hello everyone, How is everything going? It has been a long time since I have posted anything, but that seems to be normal for this forum. Well, 14 months post op and everything is going really good. I have lost a grand total of 162lbs and maybe more, but I haven't weighed in a while. I have been really busy with work and family, I just haven't had time to check in ya'll in a while. I just wanted to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a great New Year. For those who didn't know, my wife also had WLS and is doing better then me. She is 10 months out and has lost 92lbs and looking pretty damn fine if I should say so myself. She still tends to forget that she can't eat some things, but it isn't very long before her stomach will remind her. I was really hoping to make it below 200lbs by my 1 year, but it didn't happen. That is okay, because I feel really great and I am no longer on meds and a CPAP. Plus, I can shop where ever I want to. (as long as I can afford it, right) Well, ya'll have a great day and I will try to keep up with everyone more often. Love ya'll, Ken Clark 395-heaviest weight 362-preop weight 233-current weight

Ken, I am glad to hear that you and your wife are doing so well. This surgery is really a blessing, isn't it? Thanks for the holiday wish's and I hope you and yours have a nice one too. Take care!
