NEED SOME HELP...PLEASE
When my weight loss starting stalling out, I had to add in exxercise. As much as I didn't want to do it. The key is finding something you enjoy doing as exercise, that doesn't make it seem like exercise. Something active that you can enjoy. The snacking is very hard, you have to try to realize why you are snacking, don't have the snacks around. Usually if you have a family that's hard, but out of sight out of mind is what I believe has worked for me. If it's there and easy to have I'll want it.
