Emergency Surgery 3 Years after RNY

Wow Curtis we were in the hospital at the same time for the same thing!!! But the surgeon out here decided to wait and let it fix itself and it did, kind of. But I am still having problems eating , so I will probably end up having surgery, sometime in the near future! I am glad to hear that you are ok! On the bright side I now weigh 125, so I have lost 200 lbs total! But I really do not want to lose anymore!!! Hazel

Hey Hazel! I'm sorry you had to go through this, too. I hope you'll be ok and not need surgery. Today Dr. Macik took the staples out of my belly he put there to hold my guts in after he split me open. Then he glued me shut. He had to fix my internal hernia during my surgery so I have stitches and stuff in there, too. Fortunately, I have some pretty good pain meds. I'm very grateful Dr. Macik was here to take care of me when Dr. Daly was out of town. I hope you'll get to come visit soon. Take care and keep in touch. Curtis
