Yup I sure do and the house was built in 1923. Its dry and smells like a basment should. 6 steps leading down to a 8' hall then into a appx 12X12 room. Holds washer/dryer, ho****er heater, AC unit and even has a laundry tub and floor drain..
I live a block from the Halifax River and 3/4 mile to the ocean.

lol if I am going to be hot I'm gonna be happy so I'll be sitting in my basement drinking Vodka Bloody Mary's. Low Cal and only 2 carbs.
I have a gas stove as well, for those that dont make sure you have a charcole grill, lighter fluid and matches.

Buy some gas x strips from walgreens...helps with the gas. glad you're feeling better
