PCP Jacksonville, Fl.

Hi All- so I'm in month three of my six month PCP supervised weight loss program to be eligible for WLS.  However,  I am in PA.  My husband's job may be moving us to Jacksonville,  Fl. We knew there was a chance we would move but never thought it would be that far away. Now, I'm just trying to prepare for what if and getting my ducks in a row to pick up where I left off if that does happen.  Any recommendations for a PCP who agrees with WLS, specifically for a lightweight?  Thanks!

How soon before you relocate?  If you can finish the 3 months with your current doctor so you can at least have the diet process done already. Which WLS are you thinking about having? 

Unfortunately,  I don't really know yet.  Everything is still kind of in the air, so I'm really stressing out. I even thought if I i have to fly back maybe I would, which would be expensive.   I'm also still torn between the sleeve and rny.

I just relocated from Ft Lauderdale to Tallahassee a week ago. I'm awaiting approval so I refuse to change my  pcp until after my surgery. It's different for me bcuz it's a 6 hour drive . I can't imagine your predicament. However I'm sure it will work for you w/o any delays!
