Tampa/Pasco WLS Friendly PCP and Surgeons accepting Medicaid/Share of Cost

Hello all:

I am new to Florida and currently have Medicaid-Share of cost. I live in the New Tampa area and am looking into getting a revision done. Can anyone recommend a PCP and Surgeon in the area? Also, if anyone knows what this insurance requires in order to receive approval for the surgery?

The best surgeon in the area is Dr. Murr at Tampa General, I know they accept like most insurances but I can't tell you for sure which ones. It would be worth while to call them and ask about that. I tried to do a quick look on their website but I was not clear. 

I do no know for sure about share of cost, but I know that Dr. Murr at Tampa General takes medicaid managed care.  I was there today!!!
