have anyone had their surgery with Emil Matei or went through SFC of cosmetic surgery

I recieved an email from South Florida Center of Cosmetic Surgey and it says everyone is approved. I am wondering if its a scam.  I notice that they did offer bariatric surgery under Emil Matei. their prices are really low for some surgeries. I know they are running a special for a breast aug for $2249. I am just looking for reviews.

My daughter in law did the whole body thing and we researched everything for months and ended up with STRAX in Ft laud. sunrise area. We check reviews and complaints etc. check em out weell and see if they have joined the American Board of Plastic Surgeons   .
