I am now Obese!!!

Well, I started out this journey with a BMI of 44.6

which is Morbidly Obese. (ugh

) NOW, as of this morning, I have a BMI of 24.9 , which makes me Obese.

Yay!!! I never thought that word would sound great to me but after the morbidly and then the severely obese categories, I am delighted to say I am obese.

Overweight, here I come. !!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! That is exciting news!! Dag! I didn't realize that the 24.9 BMI was considered obese! I'm down 40.5 from 54 so I'm headed in that direction too. Keep up the good work!!!
