Exercise Suggestions

I am just one month post op---started a pre-op diet in November and lost 20 pounds prior to surgery and have gotten down to 395 pounds as of this morning. Had a bout with gout (painful) in both ankles last week, Gout is gone so is the pain with help from oral steroids. Have some knee and ankle pain always. Any suggestions as to a good exercise routine. Thanx for the help.

mabye you can do some type of water arobics

I agree with Alexa, water aerobics are a great way to have little impact on your knees and ankles and get a nice workout. If there is a Y near you, they should offer classes. Good luck and keep us posted. Amy
