What kind of exercise can I do??
Hey Guys,
I am here at wor****il 7:00pm and there's nobody here but me. I was wondering what kind of exercise can I do while I am here. I usually walk up and down the halls but the scenery gets a little boring after about 20 minutes. If anyone has any ideas, I would surely appreciate them. Thanks.

Sure, get some therabands...they are like a rubbery jump rope. Get a short one - they come in green or red. Wrap it around your chair and you can do pec fly*****hes. Stand on the band and do arm raises. Pull it back and do bi-ceps, tri-ceps and work the back of the arms. To work the quads sit at the edge of your seat and stand up, sit down quickly and do it for a minute or two (til it hurts!)
. Also you can do leg lifts - that'll work your quads also. The bands will be excellent also because you can wrap it around the door as well and do sit ups with it (if you dare at work). Or you can also do the pec flys and arm stretch there too, standing up, knees bent. Good luck!
