fav low carb recipes

good morning boys and girls....I have finally won the battle with my boyfriend and convinced him to go on a low carb "diet" so that he can lose the 20 pounds he always complains about , I told him I would help him every step of the way but I have to convince him that we will still be eating yummy foods, can you guys give me some of your favorite yummy recipes.....thanks!!!!
