Need a psych evaluation

Does anyone know a Psych Dr that takes medicaid in Lee county I have been approved just need my evaluation  ---  Plz HELP Me

Try checking with the surgeon's office that is going to do your surgery, usually they have someone that is on the "Bariatric /Team". I would think that they would accept the same insurance if they are working as a team effort.
