Hi Everyone! Well I am now about 14 weeks out or so. I am in the middle of a little plateau, but I know it will kick back into gear soon. I saw my nutritionist on Thursday and so far I am doing awesome. I have lost 64 pounds and in the last month, my body fat percentage has gone down 3.7%. With all the health problems I have had since surgery, I am finally doing really good and feeling energetic. I no longer regret having surgery (I did for awhile). Of course I get frustrated when a certain food doesn't agree with me, but hey, we live and learn. So, to those of you just getting out of surgery, you are going to have a rough time at first, as we all did, but if I can beat the odds and get through it, you can too! If you want to check out my profile, it explains more of what happened. Anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone and report my progress. Life is damn good. -Marcie 279/215/150?

I know, I have only 16 pounds to go! I haven't been under 100 pounds in a good 12 years or so. It completely baffles me, yet makes me really happy!

Marcie Glad to hear you're doing well and feeling great!! You've been an inspiration to me! Hang in there with the plateau, I'm sure it'll pass soon. I'll be joining you on the losing side in 10 days. Vickie J.

I am really glad to hear your doing better. I also had the regret issues...but it was cuz I felt abnormal after I had surgery. Well I don't think having my surgery right before Charley helped my stress levels either. Keep us posted of how your doing especially when you hit under 200... It has been atleast 15 years since I was under 200 and I have 22 pounds to go. Tracey -106
