An Apology..

Hello Everyone.. I wanted to take a moment and apologize for venting my frustrations on the message board the other day. I was annoyed and frustrated with certain events that had unfolded, and yes I do realize that it did not give me the right to vent to all of you. I also wanted to apologize to those people who assumed that I was speaking of them, because it was not you. There was a reason that I kept the post nameless. Simply because the person I was referring to could have been my closest friend on here or my worst enemy. And it could have very well been more than one person. It was not my intention to cause hard feelings or anymosity with other post-op patients. I simply thought I could vent my feelings and frustrations to other people who might understand. Karee, After reading my last post to Kathy about the importance of support groups and support among the people of the support group. I would like to say Hello my name is Shannon if you see me at a support group meeting and event and I do not stop to say hello please kick me and ask "what the hell is wrong with you today." =) I am so happy with Dr. Murr and the success I have due to his life saving procedure. I want nothing more for others to have a wonder experience with a great doctor and have a wonderful positive experience at his support group meetings. I would hate to have anyone leave the meeting not feeling as great as I do when I leave. I find the meeting to be such a wonderful experience for me. We will all have at one time or another something to vent and I hope you are all there for me when I do. I know nothing is perfect 100% of the time. I'm just moving forward and hope others will too. It is important for all of us to know we are different and to respect others thoughts and opinions. have a great weekend shay

Karee, I vaguley recall your post and based on your current post, it doesnt make much sense for me to go back and try to decipher what you were saying. I just wanted to let you know that you're ok in my book for the apology now and for speaking your mind earlier too. As long as this state boad doesnt because a place to judge, flame or berate others, it's a safe place to express yourself (within reason) and still feel supported and welcome. Amy -137lb
