Jan 22nd Altamonte M&G

Just a reminder that two weeks from today, we'll have our January Meet and Greet. It will be at the Altamonte Mall foodcourt starting at noon. Look for the balloons and a group of tables pulled together. This is very casual, not a formal meeting, open to ANYONE ~ those considering surgery, pre-op, post-op, friends, family, etc. Bring your "before" pics, recipes, protein samples, etc if you want to share with the group. Thanks, Tina! I cant wait to see the new you. The funny thing is I look completely different now, I'm back to a true red head and cut my hair again ! I just keep changing myself.
