4 Days Post Plastics....

Hello Everyone- Just wanted to drop you a little note to let you know that I am home safe and sound from my plastic surgery. I am still in a lot of pain, but I am able to sit at the pc for a few minutes to say that I am on the mend. My surgery started 4 1/2 hours late and it took approx 7 hours. I woke up in recovery at about 3:45 in the morning hearing the nurses say...."8 1/2 lbs of skin was removed!" I was so thrilled! My stomach is flat as a board, totally wrapped up so I can't "see" it, and my chest is very, very full to say the least! I go to the surgeon tomorrow, so I will be able to take a look at his work. Thanks to everyone that has been asking about me..and I will update my profile soon with all the lovely details..... Lori 222/(who knows now I am so swollen!) 133? OH Lori! YOu had QUITE some surgery. Darn it, the next few days or wekk is bound to be rough! Put on all the Xmas music you can listen to--maybe celebrating will help through the recovery time! Gentle hugs and keep us up to date. Hugs, Gail
