Tip # 14

I'll be leaving for the holidays in the morning so I'm posting my 14th & final de-stessing tip for 2004. Hope you have a wonderful holiday! Put on soft holiday music. Turn on the Christmas tree lights. Turn off all the other lights. Sit down in front of the tree. Now.... just sit, look, listen and relax. May you end the old year in Peace & begin the new year with great joy and expectations of wonderful things to come! Vickie J.
