Food of the Day
Hey all! I am going to start doing Food of the Day a little different, I don't wanna rush myself into all my recipes, so I will make one special creation a week, and post it as the Recipe of the Week, and then the Food of the Day will be food ideas, proteins, snacks, etc... So, here is a food idea today. (I am working on something special for the Recipe of the Week)
Today's food is unsalted cashew pieces! I love 'em for my protein and thought I would share with everybody the stats:
Serving size is 20 pcs (not whole...just pieces
)
I am sure the serving is less for post-op.
