I agree with Carol! Make them give you the reasons. If all else fails, go to Voc. Rehab with your denials and see if they will cover you. Hang in there, Erika L

Lexa, I think of you often and was praying you would get your approval. Dont give up though! You fight for you you deserve and make the insurance company give you a clear answer. I was just thinking yesterday it was about time you got your answer! What a bummer!! I was just sure you were gonna be approved! If they gave u no clear reason they are probably stalling till the new policy takes effect, did you see any changes from the 2004 to the 2005 policy? If that's the case, looks to me that they are not being fair and maybe breaking some law out there!!! Look into it!! Contact the lawyers listed on this site and see what they say. But do it TODAY! The clock is ticking, and it is not on your side! The worst thing you can do now is get dicouraged! Don't let them win! ? -Flávia
