Approved for surgery

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was approved for surgery by Cigna today on a 1st appeal. Not sure when I will be scheduled but it will be prior to year end. Has anyone had Dr Dy for a surgeon and were you pleased? I am having my surgery at community hospital.

Wendy, Hang in there it was a long process. The one thing I can tell you is that you must meet all of Cigna's requirements or they will refuse you. I didn't have what they required and they denied the surgery. Once I had everything I was approved on the first appeal. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions regarding Cigna.
