Actually, I taught myself when I took my dads Caddy Eldorado one night but managed to get it back to the house in one piece...I learned by sitting in the front seat with my dad and watching him drive...he always said follow ahead never look at your vehicle., but at the lines on the road ahead....til now..knock on wood never had a accident or ticket..I can drive both stick and automatic....so your answer is my DAD!!!!!!1

My brother, in a silver Mazda RX/7, manual. I learned in an elementary school parking lot on a Saturday - it was deserted. I remember my father shouting to my brother as we drove off, "If she burns up the clutch you are paying for it!!!" Kristen

My best guy friend in high school. We would drive around for hours then go make out. Now he has a boyfriend! My mom was going to college at the time and said she would be too nervous to get in a car with me. Then my now ex-brother-in-law taught me to parellel park...he was a total *ss while teaching me but I mastered it.

My mom taught me how to drive. (My dad died when I was 12). She didn't learn until she was an adult - - my dad taught her. He was a great driver......and they both were patient teachers. Driving is something that I really enjoy! LuvitsunnyV@goal

Hi All! Hope everyone's week is going great! I had a boyfriend who taught me when I was 14yrs. old and my sister just about 2yrs. ago taught me to drive stick! I never thought I would learn this, it was way hard for me! Michelle.

My mom taught me at around 15yrs old she had just bought herself a new car a buick skylark and as we knew we were moving from nyc to miami she taught me up north wow that was tough but I got my liscense in a day (I really don't like to drive that much the traffic in Miami drive me nuts .....
