Question of the Day
Although I have 3 older brothers, 1 older sister and both my parents who were fully capable of teaching me, no one was brave enough to get behind the wheel with me, or my twin! Wonder why...
My dad hired a driving school when my twin and I were 15 and handed us grandma's old 1969 beetle (white on white), and that's how I learned!
Note: driving age in Brazil is 18, which made us quite popular, being the only 15 year-olds w/ a car.

Ha! What a fun question! I grew up in southern Oklahoma in a very rural farming area. The population of my hometown in Oklahoma is about 1200 people... a far cry from where I live now in Miami! My parents owned a small farm and we harvested our own garden and grew our own oats and alfalfa hay to feed our cattle. I learned how to drive on the farm doing farm work. I started driving the tractors and farm truck around our farm when I was about 11 or 12. My brothers and my Dad taught me.
