I'm bored...

So much to do today, but wanna do nothing... what are y'all doing today?! -Flávia

So far nothing! Checking posts and being lazy. May go to park after a bit. We have many musicians that live in my area during the winter. The hit the park on Sundays for jamming. Sometimes as many as 10 different groups playing in different areas of the park. I take a chair and just migrate from group to group. Nothing fancy, just good music.

I am twisting my hands and the stress is building. Tomorrow I am calling for an appointment with my PCM (Tricare Prime). She is anti WLS but I am planning to self pay for the Lap Band. I want her to give me a refferal for the cardiac clearance and upper GI. I don't want to pay for those and I am sure I could get approval because I had cardiac bypass surgery. Problems--problems!!! Getting support from your PCP is always a worry, hopefully, she will support your decision and give you the referrals you will need. Good luck

Yesterday I slept ALL day...this was my first weekend to myself since September...and I actually should have gone to Halloween Horror nights but I got someone else to go for me. Today I had to go to Walgreens to figure out why the heck my insurance wouldn't give me my medication...then I to Publix for some grub. I haven't cooked since I moved to Florida, time to get back into a healthier habit. Pondering whether I will venture across the street to Target...doubt it though. I have an appointment at 7:30 in the morning so I will be going to bed early. Sarah
