nothing.. I don't know, it was really small, and I can't drink, and it was just not my kind of party... The girl that invited me works w/ me and I really like her, it was nice to see her and wish her a happy b-day, but lots of people did not show up... I was excited, got a new outfit and everything, guess I'm just a little disapointed. I kinda felt like partying hard tonight, and I got home early and sober, I guess I'll just have to adjust from now on...

I've got major house cleaning to do though, we are getting our place retiled and rather than move some of this stuff from room to room while they retile, we are going to take the opportunity to get rid of stuff.
Yay! I'm so glad. My BF is such a packrat, he's in the mood to get rid of stuff and I'm all too happy to oblige. 
How big of a packrat is he? He's only lived with two women (outside of his sister and mother). He is a few years older than me and the other girlfriend who lived with him was when they both finished college back in the mid 1980's she lived with him for about a year before they broke up. He still had her clothes she left here from 1984 in his closets when I moved in! I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. I told him I dang sure wasn't sharing a closet with a ghost and he needed to throw them out. He then said maybe she would want them back. I laughed so hard, can you imagine if she wanted what was in fashion at the time in the mid 80's back? Hello leggings and baggy socks! Hello ripped-neck sweatshirt! Hello shoulder pads that look like linebackers! It was like a time capsule in his closet.
Sunday is my birthday which is why it was going to be difficult for me to attend the meet and greet. We have a special evening planned Saturday, just the two of us.
