Good morning Florida

Well, I got up to see what was going on here and looks like everyone is sleeping or just busy. I decided "well, shoot, Carol, I guess you could post something" So here I am saying GOOD MORNING. Not a lot to report. Just feeling great and having more energy than I have in 30 years. Seems this wls has really agreed with me. I went crabbin' for the first time in two years yesterday with my hubby and watched the sunset. It was very nice to be out. Now I didn't get many crabs and DH only caught a couple little fish but who cares, right? Hope everyone is having a great weekend and enjoying life. Have a great day. Carol

Good Morning to you too, Carol! I had a lazy day yesterday until about 5:30pm then went out to dinner with my parents, sister and her family. We went to Shell's, hadnt eaten there in years and we were all very pleased with the food and service. I got the shrimp trio, ate a little, brought most of it home for lunch and dinner today and probably lunch again tomorrow. I also had a couple bites of the banana bread pudding - it was divine ! Then I went to TJ Maxx and the mall and spent my b-day money. This morning, I went to the dog park, curbed my Starbucks craving and drove past Play It Again Sports looking in the window for a recumbent exercise bike. They have a few, so I might go back after they open. I really need to clean but then again, shopping is a lot more fun ! Have a happy Sunday! Amy

Thanks, Miss Carol! Yes, my b-day was last Friday but I didnt make a big deal about it this year since I am now officially middle-aged (at least I think I am) LOL. There are quite a few of us on the FL board who have October birthdays. Today is Angie's (aka Saphire Storm) b-day and another regular's (who shall remain nameless hehehe) is fast approaching too . Well, I continued my shopping this afternoon and spent some more moola on myself. Now, I MUST get some floors scrubbed and laundry done :puke:

Carol, WLS is really agreeing with me too. It seems like I can walk and walk before I get tired or my hip starts hurting. I went garage sale-ing yesterday and went to the local art show, which is sure growing!! It was fun, except I ran into my ex-husband and was shocked to see him. I really wish if I had to see him, that I could have done it after I had lost about 40 more lbs.!!!! Happy Belated Birthday, Amy!!! The BEST people are born in October and that's all I'm saying!!! I should have explained my relationship with my ex better. I only wish him the very best and hope he finds success and happiness! I pray for him every day! It was just a shock to actually see him. Jan

I agree with you all... the best are born in October.... mine was last monday. As far as the weekend... I had to work this whole weekend....Oh well have to make a living....
