I have a Date for Surgery

I was approved by Cigna on 10/11/04 but haven't got a letter in the mail.. So I called them yesterday and they faxed a copy of the letter.. Then today I faxed it to Dr Jawads office. They gave me a date 11/4/04 for pre-op and 11/9/04 for my Gastric Bypass surgery and I wil be a loser by Thanksgiving and a new person by 2005....
