Protein Shakes

I've tried my first one this morning. And I actually LIKE it!! I'm trying the EAS AdvantEDGE French Vanilla. Just wanted to share for anyone not sure where to start. This one is actually yummy!

Don't buy too much, lotsa people say what tasted good to them pre-op, was horrible post-op

Thanks for the advice. I've heard that before, and will be sure not to buy anything in bul****il post op!  (Which is only 43 days away!!)

Good luck on your pending VSG surgery.  I had that surgery Dec, 2008.  Have lost 115lbs and am now in a size 4.  Never thought I would say that.  It's the best thing I did for myself.  The EAS protein drink is the best tasting I have found out.  I still drink it everyday, but the chocolate flavor.  You can buy it at Sam's in a 5lb bag for 22.00.  Anyways good luck and I know you will love yourself more after surgery.

Thank you so much Kathy!! I'm very confident that this is the right choice for me. I'm getting a little more nervous as the surgery date approaches, but I know it's just normal jitters. I'm more excited than anything to get back to who I know I really am inside. I know this will change my life in a lot of ways, and I'm grateful for that! Congrats on your weight loss! Even at my thinnest, I was never a size 4! That's amazing! Kudos to you!!
