Need Support Group Near Tyndall AFB

I have a friend that just had surgery a few months ago who is moving to the Tyndall AFB area.  Does anyone know of a support group close to that location, even if it is an hour away?

 I am brand new to OH so here goes...I do not know of a surg supp group locally but I do know that there is an OvereaterAnon group that meets at one of the local churches.  It's usually posted weekly in the News Herald.  This isn't what she is looking for specifically but this might do or help until she can find the one suited for her.  Maybe a member in that org can point her in the direction she looking for?  Who knows, but it something to go to for support right now!  Good luck to her!
