I am home and somewhat in one piece......

I have finally got to the point where it doesn't pull to sit here and type......Although only for short periods of time...I had a pretty good surgery except they found a few things that had to be repaired while they were there with my liver and pancreous....Other than that I feel pretty good....I am still sore as you may imagine but have been walking anyway....I do take breaks to rest so I don't overdo....But feel very blessed to be given a second chance at life...Thank you to everyone who has been there for me and I will continue to pray for all of you also....I will post as often as I can without getting to sore...But feel free to write me direct [email protected] I can answer there too....This is the longest I have been in this chair since surgery...So if you will forgive me...I am going to go and rest my poor belly...I have a vertical cut and not a lap...So you can imagine....Big Hugs to you all....Janice

Girl hey there YEAH your home !!! I have had you on my mind like really bad, just a praying you were alright... I am so glad to hear your home!! I am so sorry your in pain, I had it lap but I have had 2 c sections, and two open surgeries so I know the pain your talking about... It is good to get up but even feels better to get back and rest, don't over do it!! Its kinds funny how our e mail buddy group started dropping off like flies and come to find out we were all busy having surgery J Doesn't it feel good?? I never thought it would feel this good, no regrets here at all.. As they said being, a looser isn't very bad. E mail me sometimes, I would love to start our group e mailing each other again and just say hey to you every once in a while. We were all doing all so well for a while, but I understand after surgery the last thing you want to do is sitting here and type. Also what is going on with our secret pal thing, I have sent out several things to mine but I haven't heard a thing from mine, no biggie but just wondering?? Has it stopped or is everyone just too busy?? Let me know and when you feel better you can maybe send out an e mail asking what's up?? Also I still have [email protected] as your e mail, did it change?? Let me know, I will make a note of the new one.. However, I am not going to change it until I hear from you. Hi Janice, I was wondering how you were doing. You were in Miami during the hurricane right? Does the vertical scar hurt all the time? I think that is what I will be having since my insurance only covers open. Well its good to know you got home safe and sound. I'm wising you a speedy recovery.
