Walk From Obesity

Is anyone doing the walk from Obesity on Saturday September 18th. I know it's being held all over the country, but the closest place to me is Celebration Florida. We are bringing a group from Tampa, would love to see more people I know there.

Steve, I have tried to get a bunch of Dr. Murr's pre- and post-op patients interested in this and I don't think I was very successful, unfortunately. I had hoped that it would be a great "bonding" thing, but the energy wasn't there or I'm just not good enough at that kind of thing. My friend and fellow post-op Karee G. also posted here about it and I got a few responses and sent out a few more informational e-mails about it, so that was good. All in all, it's such a good cause, every little bit helps. Bottom line, you don't really know me, but I'll be there! Kim 350 highest/314 surgery day/239 current/160 goal

I am hoping to go!! I haven't posted in profile or on the boards for a little while because I got pnuemonia!! Ick!! So if I am well and get the all clear from my pcp I'll be going. Karee
