Marla Hey there girl.. Where did you go? I e mailed you and e mailed you but no reply at all.. This is the first time to hear your ok, besides the food thing. I am still so sick to my stomach I tried to overlook everything you were saying. !!! I am just so glad to see you here posting. You just have no clue how many prayers went to you as you were at the hospital and then at your daughters. You were on my mind for sure. I am glad to have you back here and take care. potatoes are not a good choice for us, we process them as sugar since they are carbs and not a complex one. sorry you had to find out the hard way....
