OT: Key West?

I'm scheduled to go to Key West next weekend (week from today). I'm wondering how they are faring with Charley....anybody know?? I need a beach!! Connie -129#

It looks like the West coast of Fl is gonna take the hit then Central Fl. It's already past the Keys and I'm sure they will be back up and running ASAP, too much tourism to miss out on. Have a great trip

Thanks, Amy. I need a vacation, bad!! Once when I went to Grand Cayman, a hurricane had gone through a week before and the beach in front of my hotel was totally washed away---there was about 2-3 feet of sand between the water and the wall they had. Thank goodness it looks like they weren't hit too badly in Key West. I hope other Floridians fare as well. Thanks for your response. Connie
