HURRICANE CHARLEY
I live in Ocala, and I doubt the storms will do anything much here, but because I work in a nursing home, all department heads may be required to bunk down in the facility tomorrow night!! JUST how I wanted to spend my weekend!! Plus I have my own cats AND my sister's that I'm trying to care for!!! Schools are closed here and probably several businesses, but we never close!
Stay safe everyone!

I am on the South side of the Sunshine Bridge and have been getting ready all day. WE just got back from vacation yesterday. What a suprise! The big hitch today was that we lost our power about 11AM and it didn't com back on until 5PM. The windows are boarded, the our door stuff in in the pool, the fridge has been turned up to the highest setting, I got lots of water yesterday but couldn't find a 'D" battery anywhere in town. We are about 5 miles from the beach and should not have problem with water. They just said that the wind will be from 111 MPH to 131 MPH when it comes across Anna Maria. Good luck to everyone, all there is left to do is Pary!
