Meetings in South Florida??

Hello..I just wanted to know if anyone knew of any support groups that meet here in South FLorida...I live in the Ft. Lauderdale area...and would like to go....Take care to all, Tricia

I only know of ones in Largo.

I used to live in Pompano before moving to Crestview 2 years ago and I went to one at Holy Cross or the building right next to the hospital,check it out..hope that helps you out. Lisa

Hi Patricia, I had my surgery at Florida Medical Center and our support group meetings are at 6:30 pm every 3rd tuesday of the month in the Auditorium at the hospital. It is located right on Oakland just west of 441.

US Bariatrics has one on the fourth Tuesday of every month (that'd be tomorrow!), from 7-8:30 at the Sister Innocent Conference Center of Holy Cross Hospital (Commercial Blvd near Federal Highway). They also have one in Miami. Cleveland Clinic Florida has one that meets in Weston. I don't know the details on those either. --Tiggy
