Johanna, Thanks for asking We got our manicures and pedicures then did a little shopping. We even found a low carb grocery store near their home so we went there to see what they had. I bought a low carb brownie and peice of coffee cake baked fresh in their bakery. They were both pretty good, but too much to buy for more than an occasional treat. Hopefully, I should be up that way in early August for a followup and possibly visit a friend having surgery at Munroe. I'll let you know when I am coming. Amy
