I am new

I am new here and wanted to say that I really love this forum.A little about me I am 33 and a sahm of 3(10,5 and 2)I live in the panhandle. I just found out yesterday that I have been approved and my surgery date is set for August 12, I am really excited now about it, and I am finding lots of useful info here and everyone here is so friendly. Hi Lisa. My brother and family live in Panama City Beach in the Panhandle. It's beautiful there. I had lap RNY December 15, 2003 -- just celebrated 7 months post op and 94 pounds down. I'm happy you have a date. Where will you have your surgery? God bless. luvitsunnyv

I am having it done in Pensacola at Baptist Hospital..Dr.Nye will be doing my surgery..I started getting the ball rolling back in March.My PCP is so for this surgery which helped alot and I did my phych eval. and nutrician visit already had all this paperwork when I went in for my first visit with Dr.Nye (the 15 of July)I cant believe it only took a week to get approved and get my date.I feel totally blessed and I know I had lots of prayers that things would just come together..The Dr's office is suppose to call me on Monday to set up other Dr's visits not sure what those would be I think EKG and a lung Dr. but not sure Anyone who has input feel free to give it to me..Thanks. Hey Lisa, You 're date is one day after mine! Congrats and best of luck to you. Are you anxious liKe me? I just can't relax I have to be busy or I think I'll go nuts!! Two and a half weeks and counting! My bag is already packed. You'll be in my prayers. Joy
