Getting FL Medicaid w/ SSI

Hi, As you can see by the previous post, I just moved here from Ohio. I recieve SSI and was on Ohio Medicaid. Does anyone know if receiving SSI will qualify me for FL Medicaid?...it's a state thing whereas SSI is federal. I will have insurance through my work but it doesn't take effect until September. once you get the SSI changed to florida you will get Medicaid , the reason how i know is because i work for a Medicaid HMO.
