Approved! I AM ALMOST THERE!
Hi everyone! Sorry I have not posted much the past few days. I have been having a difficult time getting around. Hubby and I decided to take the kids to Kennedy Space Center for the weekend last week and dummy me spoiled it all! 
I came home on crutches! First darn thing we went to do was an IMAX film and I just had to take a trip down the steps. (It was dark, I did not see them!) 
Needless to say, I went down with a boom and injured my side and sprained my right ankle pretty bad. What a weekend! To top it all off, my mother in law keeps my kids while I work and she took them to Bush Gardens on Tuesday. You will never believe what happened to her! She was walking across the entrance way and tripped over a drain spout they had not repaired and she went down and was knocked unconcious! 
Turns out she had a concussion, she blew her knee out, re-injured a previous back surgery site and is bruised from head to toe! I think me and my family need to stay away from theme parks and attractions for awhile! 
Anyhow, I did get some good news today...and it is about insurance! (Just not AUTO insurance! hehe) My insurance approved my surgery in just 4 days! 
For anyone that is interested, I have UHC EPO. They even called me to tell me themselves! I thought that was pretty darn nice of 'em. 
Anyhow, the next call I reckon will be my date, so I will keep you all posted! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer! Talk soon!

Congratulations Kathy...I'm still in the struggle, seeing my dr on Thurs but not exactly for the WLS....hmm we pulled a fast one (the office and me) I have an hiatal hernia and bad reflux disease and these are his field so we went in on that just to get me to meet with him.
He has not been taking anyone for WLS this month, due to a review at the local hopsital. I'm so hoping it works out with me having him for my surgeon, he is not in my network but my insurance is will to work with him...took us a year to get this far and I wanted him so I hung in there.
You and your inlaws are no fun to these kids who want to have a good time but heck accidents happen...guess the day you got hurt you ended up at the er or bed and same for her the following day. I'm sending a little angel to sit on your shoulder. Go to link below to see your little angel graphic
