Erika~Surgical clearance?

Erika, Hey you! I was wondering if your PCP ever got you that letter of surgical clearance? My PCP has still not read the letter I wrote yet, the medical necesity letter. I figure I will be patient since over the course of the next week I will still be finishing up my testing. Then it's really going to be nag time, because I all I will need is his 2 letter's. Hey ladies, Did you do all your testing in Ft. Lauderdale? Like PFT test and the cardiology and the rest of the stuff? Did you get any bills from the test that you had done while in Ft. Lauderdale? Besides the psych. and the nutritionists fees, will there be more fees along the way? I'm so nervous about the whole thing today! Please words of advice Love ya! Johanna
