Where should I end up?

Hey all! Things are going great - I couldn't ask for more! I'm down 65lbs (slow by most standards - but as long as it's comin off - I don't care!) and over 40 inches! 20 off my waist alone! My question is this - what weight should I end up with? I am 5' 7" tall, with a large bone structure. I have a lot of muscle (always have...) and larger thighs (NEVER going to go away! So what do you all think? I would like to see 150lbs, but is that realistic? I don't really have a set number in mind - more where my body rests naturally, but curious as to what you all think. Barbie, Loss of 75% of excess is realistic, although some do loose more. Here's a chart based on your weight and height that you can shoot for if you want to loose 75%. Your BMI and Goal Weight Results Your weight is 281 pounds. Your ideal body weight is 147 pounds. Thus, this means your "excess" weight is about 134 pounds. Bariatric surgery might help you lose 75% of this excess weight, meaning you might lose 100 pounds.
