Conference Call Tommorow

Hello all, Has anyone had a conference call with their ins co? I have Cigna HMO and have no idea what to expect. What can I do to prepare and hopefully get approved? Thanks in advance for your help and support. Michelle, FL

Hello Michelle, I have Cigna also and I just want to say "Good Luck" for tomorrow. I have not had my paperwork sent in to Cigna as of yet, hopefully next week it will be sent in. I do hope that you let us know the results of the phone call, so I can be aware of the upcoming event when it happens to me. Sincerely, Jules
