Dr. Manuel Ortega Info Please!!!

Dear Floridians, I am in the process of getting plastic surgery. I have looked ALL over this board to see if there is any info on Dr. Manuel Ortega. He is in Pensacola, Florida with his father, Dr. Ted Ortega. I called to schedule an appt. for June 10th. I told the receptionist that I felt I needed a belt lipectomy and she said that I would have to see him because he does not normally go that route. I heard that he does a fabulous TT but I have loose skin all around me and my bottom definitely has dropped. Has anyone used him and know why he does not do the belt lip?
