I had it done twice and was worried about the same thing. It actually wasn't that bad. It's thick, but doesn't really taste bad, kind of lemony both times for me. I have major gagging issues which is why I thought I couldn't do it. Also, I was REALLY worried about trying to swallow while laying down, which is part of the test. It's really true that you can swallow when upside down!! Anyway, I had stressed myself out over nothing. I'm really serious about that. It wasn't anything compared to what I anticipated it to be. I thought it would be like what we used to hear castor oil tasted like and that I would just throw it all up. It just wasn't like that at all. Good luck with it all. Laura
