Do you mean a PCP or a surgeon? If you need a surgeon to do the WLS, then you'll have to go down to Ft. Lauderdale and see Dr. Cox (It's exspensive!). He's the only one accepting medicaid for surgeries in 2004. You'll need a referral and a letter of medical necessity from your primary care physician for medicaid coverage. Hope this helps...
